Or we are 50 minutes from Sligo Airport, with flights from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Cardiff.
And we are 2 and a half hours from Shannon International Airport, with direct flights from all over Europe, the US (including New York and Atlanta) and Canada. Car hire can be booked online.

Driving:

We are three hours from Dublin city centre. Take the M4 as far as Longford. Then take the N4 to Longford. Take the N5 (signposted Westport) through Strokestown, Ballaghaderreen, Charlestown and onto Swinford. Turn right onto the N26 for Ballina and drive straight through the town onto the Killala Road. On the edge of the village, take the right turn (down towards the sea),follow the road around to the left and park in the carpark on the right hand side. We are just across the road.

Public transport:

Trains run three times daily between Heuston Station, Dublin and Ballina (www.irishrail.ie). Buses run 4-5 times daily between Busaras, Dublin and Ballina (www.buseireann.ie). Taxis are available from outside the train station, which is next to the bus station.
